MEET N GREET - $5/15 minutes (paid upfront during meeting via Venmo, Apple Pay or Cash)

Meet n Greets are required before Wags & Whiskers does any service to new clients.

Its a way for me to meet you and your pet(s) at your home.

Please schedule a 15 min Meet n Greet at least 48 hours in advance before the first visit.

TAXI SERVICE - $10/15 min, $16/30 min and $25/hour (Available M-F)

I will pick up, wait (if necessary) and drop off your pup or kitty at their vet appointments, groomers and daycare.

ADMINISTERING MEDICINE - $5/Per Animal

If administering medicine takes more than a pill pocket, a $5 fee/per animal will be added to your invoice.

HOLIDAY FEE - $10/Visit

 New Years Eve $5 (after 4pm) New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving,

Christmas Eve (if open), Christmas Day (if open) an additional fee will automatically be added to your invoice (once per day)

KEY PICK UP AND DROP OFF - $5/Each

Optional, key may be kept on file. (safe and labeled with pet name only)

CANCELLATION FEE - $10

We understand that things will happen that cause plans to change. Once we have scheduled and confirmed your appointment and you fail to cancel less than 2 hours before your appointment time, a $10 charge will be added to your account. If you fail to cancel your appointment and we have shown up to care for your pet, you will be charged the full price of your visit.

LATE PAYMENT FEE - $5/Per Day

If the payment isn't received by the due date, a $5/per day charge will be added to your bill and you will be re-invoiced.

Payment by midnight. (example: invoice was due Mon 1st, at midnight Tue 2nd, late payment applies.)

WEEKEND FEE - $5/Visit

Daily Dog Walks or PupSitting if needed over the weekend. (Sat or Sun)
